So Dain keeps teasing us with the potty. He enjoys the snack he gets afterwards so every once in a while he wakes up and wants to go on the toilet so we do and he does but then he doesn't want to do it any more after that. So during one of his teases we tried out the big boy underwear until he peed through 2 sets and then asked for a diaper. Ugh!
We had a dusting on Monday so Dain of course had to get out there as soon as it was light. Literally he was out there just before 8:00a.m. He loves the out side and the snow!

This is a piggy bank that Dainton got from his great aunt Patty for Christmas. He painted it all by himself and he was sooo proud.

He crawled over and climbed up all by himself just like a big boy!

Dainton got a shaving kit from grandpa Chuck for Christmas so he had to try it out on himself and brother. He is actually halfway good at it. I am still thank full though that the shaver is fake!

Here is Dain just after a bath. I guess we should have tried the robe a little sooner.

Coltin is a huge blueberry fan these days!

For New Years we had a few friends over. We ate cheese and chocolate fondue and drank pomegranate martinis. Yummy!! Later in the night we played Men are from Mars Women are from Venus now that is a fun party game!

My parents bought Coltin these "babies first Christmas slippers" and they were so cute!

Col prefers to crawl over instead of around things. I have heard many stories of Kristopher doing this same thing as a baby. I have to say it is pretty funny to watch.

So there was plenty of sports paraphernalia to go around.

Here is all of our siblings and mom and Col opening all of their gifts.

Coltin got a music table which he thinks is pretty neat. He likes to dance to the music.

and he loved it! It is a space station train set.

We saved Dainton and Col's big gifts till last...

Even Coltin was into it!

Here we were on Christmas morning opening our stockings!

So then he decided to get the big bike out and pull daddy around. Now that's funny!

Dainton also likes to ride his bike in the snow. The only problem was his tires kept piling up with snow and so he could not go very far.

Here is all the boys. Coltin was not too impressed. Poor guy.

As well as mowing the lawn but there was one small problem, we couldn't see the grass!

Even in the snow he insisted on working on his golf swing.

Then after breakfast we got ready to head outside to burn off all those pancakes.

Our family tradition is every Sunday we have a pancake feast together and this morning the boys and Sephi were able to help!

Coltin loves to crawl under things and then gets mad when he cannot get out, funny little man!

Oh ya I have a built in helper! If you would like to borrow him he rents out by the hour, LOL!

The boys are ready! We were able to cut a really pretty tree this year!
Here we are decorating the tree.

We have a artist in the making we just need to work on the eating of the colored pencil part! One step at a time.
Dainton and his fire trucks. Well 2 of them.

Coltin really likes to get into his toys and the shelves we store them on.

So Dain decided to climb into Coltin's bed and then he decided to try to climb onto the changing table but as you can see he aimed wrong and landed in the laundry basket. Weird thing was he was pissed! Poor guy.

This is their seats and yes that is a lot of snow pack (at least for Washington). I know all of you east coasters are probably getting a pretty good chuckle at us right now!
Here is part way thought he game.

and here is my handsome husband on the field. He actually carpooled in with his dad so he got access to the field. He was pretty excited. After the game he was able to see some of the jets eating their huge buffet and then he saw them bording the loosers bus. LOL!!

So this was at Safeco field on 12/23/2008. This was after the game.

This is about 6 inches and like I said we still had even more fall.
Here is the little plastic ride-on tractor and it is very burried.
Just to give you a idea of how deep it got and we even had more snow after this. It really was beautiful but for our state it was very hard to get around due to the fact that we do not salt our roads and we do not have plowes in the rural areas.

Sephi loved it too!
So here is Dain in the midst of the biggest snow fall I can remember and he is loving it!

Look at those curls, I love them!
This picture is for Aunt Charly. Do you recognise these jeans?

Dainton brought me the camera and so I started taking pictures of him he thought this was funny and a game. We managed to get a few good shots.

This is a table we brought in for Thanksgiving and it hasn't left yet. It really is great for folding laundry on.

Like I said they are hams.

This is one of my favorite outfits and both of the boys have worn it.

Dain was watching a movie (I'm sure it was cars or the Polar Express) and he had to have a blanket on his head. Silly kid!

Here are some random pictures of the boys I have taken over the last few weeks. They are both really photogenic so we get some good shots.
