We went and hung out with the
Scharfs and
Dainton gave Leila some lip service. He sure loves babies!

Here is the little smiley man, he sure is a happy baby now that we have made it past the first 2 months. He is growing and changing so much these days. He is recognising us and laughing and he is holding his head up great.
Coltin sure isn't wasting any time trying to catch up to
Dainton.

We went to Hood Canal for the 4
th of July. We had a blast. We spent some time at our friends cabin playing in the sand and ocean. We shucked
oysters and collected yummy clams. This was
Dain's 3rd visit to the ocean but his first exploring and it took him a bit to warm up. He eventually did though.

I took this one from our friends cabin. They have a big
oyster bed right
in front of their house. In the morning the tide goes out and this just happened to be the lowest tide of the year so we had plenty of space to explore.

We had to take our clams down to get fresh water once or twice a day so they would stay fresh. We collected so many that we ate them for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 2 days and we still had 1/4 of the bucket left at the end so we gave them to the
neighbor.
